TSA007 Master Luggage Key, 2 Pieces, Black, One-Touch Lock

Works well, bought for peace of mind in case I forget lock combination.

We took our checked bag on a recent trip only to find upon arrival neither one of us could remember the combination to the suitcase! 😳 so after exhausting all plausible (well obviously not ALL of them 😂) combinations, I looked up how to change it…no luck. Called Samsonite…no luck. Asked any number of people….no luck. So my Marine husband took the opportunity to “adapt and overcome” and used a pen to pop it open. We thought “yay it’s open” only to realize that he had “overcome” only one side and broken the other 😂🤦🏽‍♀️ when we got home, I promptly ordered these keys and all is well again in Samsonite land!These work just like those sneaky TSA agents behind the scenes! Order them and don’t let the Marines near your luggage! 😂🤣

For some reason I never thought about it, but these keys are super helpful. Much faster than dialing a combination or fishing out a key. And if it happens that one of your locks gets its combination changed accidentally (or on purpose) this key will still open it. This happened to me once. Not good! So I will always have one of these keys when traveling.One concern is that the “security“ luggage locks allegedly confer is illusory. ANYONE can buy and have one of these universal keys on them. So beware, your luggage may not be as protected as you might think.

I was told it wasn't available, but it is and it works. I locked myself out of a suitcase... suggest you keep it on your key ring when traveling.

I first purchased a set of keys that was ten times more popular (in terms of the number purchased per month) and in the number of ratings/reviews. That set, however, would open only half of the TSA locks I own. I then took a gamble on these "less popular" keys (for the same price as the first set); I was impressed by the fact that these are made of steel and the few reviews these have were quite good. The gamble paid off; these keys open every TSA007 lock I own. Highly recommended.

What I like is that one key eventually works if I’m really careful turning the key in the lock. Although it feels like it could break inside the lock. The other key even though it says it’s the same as the other (TSA002) it doesn’t work at all.I’m really not sure how to approach this because the key that sort of works only works if I wiggle it until it finally goes down into the lock, and hope that when I turn it the key doesn’t break inside the lock.There is no ease of use with this key.I might have a bigger problem down the road.I’m. Going to see if the seller will send another key to me.

Perfect for the suit cases that are TSA locked so I have a key just in case the built-in locks on The North Face suitcase don’t open for some stupid reason at least you have the key

My new carryon purchase arrived but was locked. Hesitated sending back but then I read that I could purchase a key to unlock and reset the tumbler. Haven't reset yet but the key worked to unlock the bag!
