Birds seem to like this
It was cheaper than the C & S I was buying. Prices go up and down on suet, not sure why. Certain brands seem not to be favorites with my backyard birds but they do eat this one. The orange flavors seem to be appreciated by the feathered friends better than some others. I alternate with the peanut version in the brands that seem to be favored more.

Too soft and mushy!
I liked this suet the first time I bought it. No problems! By the fourth time I ordered it, the consistency of the suet had changed from medium hard to mushy. The birds loved the mushiness, but my pocketbook did not! The same amount of birds, but all of the suet was gone in one day as opposed to a week. I had to switch to a firmer cake of suet.

Woospecker's Delight!
This is the only flavor my woodpeckers will bother with. I have tried other flavors and it is a waste of money for me. Other birds seem to enjoy it also. This makes birdwatching so fun!!

Birds of all varieties really seem to love it. Theirs should be the only opinion that matters here :)

Squirrels
The suet cakes seem to be pretty good except they are just slightly bigger than the feeder cage. The bigger birds are coming around, The small birds come in bunches. Sometimes a dozen at a time are feeding. But the one draw back is THE SQUIRRELS like them too. I chase them away every day.

Can't beat the price
I like my birds and the suet feeder is one of my favorite but the price of suet has gone up a good bit. I was looking online at one of my go-to bird supply websites and thought 'why not check Amazon' to my surprise suet was like half to 3/4 the price of anywhere else. This was the cheapest but I decided to give it a try. I made sure to order 3 different types of suet to get the free shipping and was happy with all them. Happy to report the birds are going through it just as fast as the locally purchased blocks! As long as you get the free shipping I highly recommend this!
