I have been crocheting for about 50 years & have never found a better brand than Susan Bates for

How can something as simple as a crochet hook not work? I’ve been using Susan Bates hooks for the longest time and they’re always smooth and make crocheting a pleasure. I wanted another E hook in case I dropped the one I have and I wouldn’t have to go hunting for it, rather I could just keep crocheting with the second hook and look for the original one at another time. Every time I use this new hook it either pulls the yarn or it drops the yarn or it splits the yarn etc. Don’t understand what happened to the quality.

Susan Bates crochet needles are my economical favorites. They are smooth and precise. Love them

I like the products that I ordered but!!! The packaging! Why put something so small in such a huge package? Why not combine the both into one? Like one of the brown ones?

The Susan Bates hooks are my favorites and have been for years.I like the end and the consistent smoothness of the hook's construction. They're getting harder to find ,so when I saw this,I had to order it.
