Very important when for everyone want to plant the Plumeria flower in CA , I noticed it this plant was grow and easy way to plant it only Spring and Summer season , before this I order on Winter and plant it but all plant cut was melting outside nothing happened but when I use my finger press the plant inside was melting and turn bad before 1 month than I return it get a new one . for my Plumeria flowers come on March 31 and I plant them the same day too come with very good condition the first I make a mix soil pot , rinse water out , than make wet the Plumeria flower and root powder , than water 1 a week , until today for 45 day now I can see the Plumeria flower grow few new baby leaf , so happy with it 😁hopefully my information can’t help people want to plant Plumeria cut in CA, good luck 🍀

Unfortunately mine had a kinda black top on it, used root stimulator, planted ingood soil one month ago, watered every 5 days and nothing happened but my two shoots from a fried planted the same way and they are shooting up nicely. I should have sent it back. My bad!
