I am 5'7 and 140 pounds and 36C. Usually wear a size 4 in NY&Co. dresses and AE jeans. I ordered a small and it fit well in my chest but was a bit too tight in my mid-section thanks to my pandemic snacking.Returned for a medium and it was not much bigger, so it was a great fit. A little loose on the top but I had no issues with it staying put. I used dress tape to keep the black elastic from rolling up around the top of the dress and it was perfect. Make sure you are sitting when you do the dress tape. I put mine on and then sat down and sitting pulled the dress free from the tape. I redid it from the sitting position and it was fine.My inseam to the floor is 33/34 inches and this did not go to the floor. It was about two inches above the floor, so I needed to find dressy flats and that was not easy. I had the red dress and went with black because I couldn't find a matching silver shoe.I was going to a formal ball and was afraid the professional photo flash would show the dress cups as others said in their reviews. I did not have that problem at all and we posed for candids as well as professional studio photos.Very comfortable dress. I got many compliments and have no regrets.

Absolutely LOVE the color fade on this dress! I wanted something glittery in ombre that was one-shoulder, and this fit the color and shipping time frame I needed.People would go out of their way to come over and say how gorgeous it was, it was definitely the highlight of the night.I’m 5’4 and it was a bit too long for me to dance in without tripping on it, so a costumer friend helped me use a special hand stitch to fold under the hem and shorten it (a lock stitch maybe?).I’m on the smaller side, (34 B, with a slim build and broad shoulders and a short-ish torso,) so I didn’t fill out the top as much as it has room for. The neckline did pull away from the chest a bit, and the top felt loose. It was my first time wearing something without solid dual straps, and I was a little nervous about going to a full-on dance-studio formal with experienced partner dancers and not being sure the dress would stay up. My friend helped me thread some elastic cording through the neckline seam, which prevented it from drooping forward, and he did a very fancy inverted tuck on the shoulder to shorten the top and anchor the straps together, and put the accent drape on top of that. You probably don’t need to do the inverted tuck, but the cording was super helpful and I liked the idea of having the two straps sewn together instead of tied together with the fabric drape to ensure no wardrobe malfunctions while tearing it up on the dance floor. I added a hook and thread loop near the zipper to be extra sure I wouldn’t stress or pull on it.I have sensitive skin, and the seams below the bust had some places where I think the sequins were rubbing against my rib cage, so I put some moleskin on my skin to prevent any irritation there. (Costuming hack, if you find the buckles on your shoes are catching on your dresses (especially with sequins), you can sneak a strip of moleskin over the buckle too and that’ll prevent it from catching.)I would have liked a slit in the skirt to allow for better leg movement, but I know that could also change the shape of the dress. The dress has a small about of stretch to it if you’re not lunging or going too crazy ;) I kept my dancing a little more compact than usual. If you’re just standing or sitting at an event you’ll have no problem.Seriously gorgeous piece. Give yourself some time to make sure the sizing fits you, but I loved it!

Hard to zip up on me but I am big chested-other than that it fit like a dream in XXL on me and was just what I needed for my photoshoot!

I ordered the XXL, am normally a size 16-18, and I am 5’7” tall. I needed at least 4” more on this dress to have it fit correctly. The entire hemline was above my ankles. It’s impossible to zip without help. The gown fit my body well and would have been flattering if the torso was a touch longer so that the skirt flared a little lower. Instead it was tightest across my lower belly, so not great. There was enough room for a push up bra on top (38DD) but the fit was contoured for shorter women.

For under $100, this dress is worth every penny! I received sooooo many compliments on this dress and how stunning it looked. Everyone was surprised it came from Amazon! Fortunately, mine did not come with any holes though I can see how this would happen as the weight of the fabric is quite hefty and the sequins delicate.The fit (I ordered SMALL) was perfect and I am surprised at how the sequins were able to stay on even after getting in and out of cars. I am 5’4 and I found that the ideal heel height was around 1-1.5 inches. Anything taller made the dress look too short.The only thing I didn’t like was the sash/tie as it looked super cheap compared to the rest of the dress and was an awkwardly long length on me. On the plus side, it was long enough to wear around my neck so that is an idea for the future!

ein absolut irres Kleid mit dem man auch in der Oper overdressed ist! Keine Ahnung wann man so ein Kleid anziehen soll, aber: Kauft es euch alle! Tragt es in die Welt! Lasst alles in euerem Glan erstrahlen!!!!!Ich habe es zu meinem 50. Geburtstag gekauft und denke mir "an meinem Geburtstag kann ich ja wohl anziehen was ich will!". Die grün-goldene Variante sieht nach Meerjungfrau aus, was mir sehr gut gefällt. Bei 167cm und 70kg sitzt es gut aber ganz wenig locker am Oberkörper (obwohl ich sehr breite und durchtrainierte Schultern habe). Am Ausschnitt sind Silikonstreifen, weshalb das Oberteil stabil sitzt und nicht rutscht. Also fällt es eher etwas zu groß aus. Hoffentlich hält der Reissverschluß - er verhaakt sich etwas an den Palletten.Die Welt braucht merh Glitzer!!!!!!
