Carrera Bound/S Pilot Sunglasses

**Not just Luxurious ,, but exude distinguished looks..... Quality on par with the finest ,, and a bit on the light side ,, yet a classic aviator Carrera signature design. ,,,, This particular designe is eternally current, therefore,, will remain forever fashionable. ,,, With careful use and minimum abuse,, they are good for several years ,,, The carrying case is of incredibly superior quality, exceeding by far, many, if not all of the high priced, so called designer name fashionable eyewear.They were heavier and more durable in their hay days when they were made in Austria. That was yesteryear ,,, Now,, made in China to exact Carrera standards,, purely to maintain a price edge over competition of equal caliber,, they reflect a different era with different marketing values,,,,They are just about a few degrees better quality than typical upscale names in the same price bracket ,,,,, and for the price of one pair of Italian made designer house names,,, you can buy 3 pairs of these Carrera, each of which, would last at least 3 years. ,,,, That's a total of 9 years minimum. ,,,, Persols, for example do not last 9 years..... And even if they did, they would do so on the eyes of someone other than you ..... You would definitely loose them by the 3rd or the 4th,,, it's like an unwritten law of sunglasses ownership.The lenses are polymer resin, which sucks because they scratch easily and require extra, ultra, mucho careful handling,,, but it makes them very light, which is on the plus side ,,,,,,,, On the bright side, the temples are utlra strong alloy, and they come in a case not even seen with any of the high end European designer names. It is incredible that these glasses with moderately priced resin lenses should come in one of the highest quality cases ever,, regardless of price and brand.The case, like the glasses, is obviously designed in Austria, and in looks, material and quality of workmanship, is in tune with the looks of the glasses, but in odd contrast with their lens qualit.y. I mean,,, if you're going to present them in a luxurious, ultra durable, high quality case,, why not make them of equal quality with mineral crystal glass lenses and slightly higher density frame build !?All in all, they still reflect the ever-current image of their global brand and their synoyimity with high end Austrian sportsgear and sportswear. Carrera makes some of the world's finest winter sportsgear including helmets with built-in optical shields. No wonder that Dr. Ferdinand Porsche had selected Carrera, to the exclusion of all other optical eyewear name brands,, for his eyewear PORSCHE DESIGN. ,,, it is no surprise that Airline Pilots ,, professionals held in the esteem of royalty,, select these Carrera as their 1st choice along with US top classic brand, RayBan.**

I returned them as the color wasn't the same as the picture. If they were the color I was looking for I would have definitely kept them. I had no problem with the return. Very good customer service.

I bought some bounds here in the past. 3 pair so I assumed they were the same size. They were 60 & the ones I bought before it was 62. I gave these to my wife & they are perfect for her. She loves them & I love how they look on her.

The red hd polarized is so good i love it. The glasses are a bit small in my opinion but they are comfortable , this product is more expensive than the non-polarized but the difference is totally worth it.

Heads up, in bright light these look mirrored, not at all rose/brown in color like the photos. They're cool, but I wish I had tried a different color first.

It is a nice frame. It is manufactured in China, I think it is legitimate.

This a genuine og product.Everything Good.Lense color shade is a bit surprise as it slightly differs from picture obviously becz of light condition.A bit oversize glass which I liked.But overall nice shades.

Style is unbeatable. I didn't like the case. Frame could be morw sturdy

Diseñó clásico de estos lente Carrera , Son muy ligeros , la calidad de materiales es muy buena pero siento que si necesitas tener mucho cuidado con ellos, por que prácticamente no pesan nada .La caja para guardarlos es rigida y muy delgada por lo que es muy pratica para guardarlos en la guantera del auto , en una chamarra ,bolsa etc.Tienen un muy buen precio actualmente considerando que esta marca suele ser cara .

It looks amazing but its not the same color as shown in the pictrure. Ive to return it because of this reason
