Greenland Home Butterflies Quilt Set, Queen, Multi

The quilt is light enough to use as a blanket, but so pretty as a bedspread. I love the way it looks with my new white bed! The fabric feel like a good quality, and I'm very happy with it,

I started out ordering one quilt from this collection and it was so beautiful, I ordered several more as well as bedspreads and pillow shams. This is a very high quality product and the colors are gorgeous. I even hung one of the smaller quilts on my wall to use as art in my guest room. Side note: Sadly my dog liked it just as much as I did, so I had to order two more to replace the one she chewed holes in, ha ha. I'm glad I was still able to order additional quilts. The photo doesn't really do it justice. I'm very pleased with my multiple purchases of items in this collection.

I was a little worried about ordering this quilt set after reading some of the negative reviews, but this Greenland Home Butterflies quilt is absolutely beautiful. It’s a perfect weight for our summer home in Maine where it can get quite chilly at night. Lots of vendors carry this quilt but Amazon had the lowest price by far.

I had purchased the throw over Christmas and decided I wanted the king size quilt for the bedroom. The patterns and colors are really pretty and vivid! Just what we wanted to brighten up the bedroom decor a notch. Note: My only concern honestly was how LOW the amazon price was compared to big box stores, made me wonder if there was something wrong. But the amazon item was perfect and an amazing price. Washed it (wash everything that comes in these days), no fading or shrinking. Using the King on a Calif King bed, it is fine as it just covers the top of the bedskirt on the sides. You could also turn it 90 degrees if you wanted different coverage.

I love my new quilt! The colors are beautiful and are just what I expected. It's just the right weight for spring/summer, and the beautiful colors and floral print gives my bedroom some cheer! I did purchase the king-size quilt for my queen size bed because many of the reviewers said that the queen size quilt was too small and didn't fall down far enough on the sides of the bed. But I think that the queen size would have been fine. The shams are too large for my standard pillows, but I will probably purchase a couple of king-size pillows to put inside of them. I wish I could find a dust ruffle made from the stripe fabric that is on the reverse side of the quilt. I have not yet washed the quilt, so I don't know how it will look after washing. But it looks like it's well-made, and it should wash fine in cold water on the delicate cycle.

I recently purchased the Greenland Home "Butterflies" king quilt set. It is now on my king sized four poster canopy bed and looks quite splendid. It's very tropical looking: an array of colorful butterflies amid sprays of bright flowers and greenery on one side and cheery stripes on the reverse. It's quite a departure from my usual more traditional and subdued linens, but fun for the summer months. Besides the fact that the fabrics are quite lovely, the fit of the quilt set is great. It is sized just right to have a proper drape on the sides and enough the other way to cover the entire mattress. (So many quilts calling themselves "king size" are so minimal they barely reach the bottom of the top mattress and do not completely cover the bed the other way either.) The pillow shams that come with the set are also generously sized and have attached ties in the back to close the opening. (On other sets, I have to safety pin the openings closed. And some king sets, strangely, come with standard sized shams that do not fit king pillows at all. Why?) The weight of the quilt is also just right for the warmer months. And the price on Amazon.com, which included free shipping, was excellent. In sum, I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend this set without hesitation. Butterflies Quilt Set Size: King

We recently decided to use a quilt on our queen-size bed rather than a comforter because the comforter was so heavy it had to be washed at the Laundromat. On the other hand, this quilt will fit in my washing machine, and since I have dust-mite allergies, I have to wash the bedding often. Also, because we have a poster bed that is quite high off the floor, I always get a king-size quilt. It was surprising that this one was such a generous size; it fits perfectly.That's the practical side of things. On the creative side, this is a beautiful quilt that brightens up our room considerably. We have been phasing out the wine-colored décor in our house, but we have too much invested in the bedroom drapes to change them immediately. I wasn't quite sure this quilt would go with the drapes, but it looks great and picks up a little bit of the wine color. It's a nice weight for Florida, and in the cooler months, we'll add a couple more blankets.

The nicest one of it all. If you are looking for something incredibly well-made ...this is it. I use it as a bedspread, so I ordered King size for my queen bed, it is only 22" from the floor ...so the bedspread goes down on both sides to the floor perfectly.... Suzanne.... I ALSO BOUGHT THE EXACT SAME ONE WHEN I MOVED AND HAD TO GET A SINGLE BED, SO I GOT QUEEN SIZE FITS PERFECT TO THE GROUND, I CHEAT AND PUSH UNDER BED THE LITTLE EXTRA....
