Great tools for balance
These are great! Seem to be well constructed and hold over 300lb. Use them with the spiky side up for an easier balancing exercise or does down for something more challenging. One child benefits from the spikes giving extra simulation for therapeutic uses (sensory seeker, so the extra sensory input allows the child to understand emotions better and to calm down faster. )

A bit larger than expected, still work great. Very durable
Came super fast, everything as it said it would be. The points are a little sharper than some other brands but my dog does not mind them and I can stand barefoot or in socks on them.Durable for sure. My naughty puppy has a fairly gentle mouth but likes to sneak one to carry about (gotta love spaniels) still working to break that habit but they have held up well. Slightly larger than I was expecting but still so the job for woeking my dogs. Overall very pleased.

Great Sensory Fun!
I bought these for my 3yr old grandson who has sensory issues and is in occupational therapy. We are working on building his core strength and balance, so for now I line them up along the curved wall of my hallway so he can glide his hand along the wall to hold his balance as he steps to the next. They are pretty firm, but they do compress when you step on them so it does challenge your ability to right yourself when you feel yourself wobble. The "little bumps" add a sensory component to them - he loves to walk on them bare foot, however I don't like how pokey they are and feel like they kind of hurt. They come in bright colors and made of high quality rubber.

Great physical therapy items
These arrived perfectly inflated. Thank you!

Hand size
I bought these for my dogs to stand on they are a little smaller than i expected but they still work well. They are the size of a hand or knee so would do well for their intended purpose.

love it
I use this with my 3-4 yr old preschoolers. They loved it. It kept them busy, waiting for turns, and helping with their balance and coordination. What I love is the price. I bought 2 sets which cost less than if I bought the children's balance games or go to Lakeshore for balance toys. Awesome price and helped my day a lot because it is hard to keep 10 preschoolers together and focused during transition time.

Not Equivalent to Yamuna Body Rolling Foot Wakers
I bought these hoping for something similar to the Yamuna foot massager recommended by a physical therapist. Yes, they look about the same and the price is very attractive. But they are much larger and softer. They do not provide the necessary resistance to adequately stretch your foot.Note: I am not criticizing the product itself. They seem well made: the material is non-odorous, flexible and brightly colored. They just did not serve as a substitute for the Yamuna item.

using for plantar faciitis pain
I have really bad plantar faciitis on my left foot. Sometimes when it's really flaring up, I would stand barefoot and apply pressure to one spot on the side that really hurt - it's one of those things that kills while you're doing it, but once you get through it, it feels so much better. So I thought that these might be a good thing to keep under my desk to use any time I start to feel the pain - to use as massaging pressure points. It seems that every pod is inflated to a different fullness, which actually helps for me because each one is a different firmness. If I'm just doing some gentle massage, I use the one that's under-inflated because it's softer. If I really need to pound the heck out of my heel, I use the one that is most firm. I won't say that's it's a miracle cure or anything, but it does help. I gave one to my Dad because he was experiencing foot pain, and he is enjoying using it to massage his foot, too.
