It works!
As a lifelong insomniac who has tried everything, I was devastated when my favorite product from Vital Collagens was discontinued. It was the only thing that had ever worked for me besides Rx sleep meds that aren’t good for long term use. This product is an effective dupe for that one! I bought ashwaganda to take with since this one was missing that, but it was unnecessary. This product puts me to sleep immediately and I wake up feeling refreshed. Dreams are not too crazy even though it contains a little bit of melatonin. The taste is so much better than the vital collagens one, and I do add a splash of half and half for creaminess and tryptophan. It doesn’t have that gross dog food “beefy” smell and the chocolate flavor is fine. It is a slightly smaller canister than the VC one, but is comparable by weight and those were never all the way full, so I think it’s about the same. The price is crazy expensive but I’ll have to keep paying it because it works.

Favorite collagen
Absolutely hands down my favorite collagen treat for a night. I sleep the best after having it and only takes about 30-45 mins from the time of drinking until you are relaxed and sleepy. Dissolves relatively easy with hot water, I splash a little cream into it to just give more of a creamy flavor. The taste does take some getting used to, not super sweet like traditional hot chocolate.

I really like NativePath Collagen, but I'll stick with the unflavored. This may say chocolate but it's more like baking cocoa and tastes terrible

Drug free sleep aid
I used to use sleep aid tabs, but read about the side effects of long-term use & decided to look for an alternative. Everything I read about collagen peptides indicates they’re good for us so I thought I’d give this a try. It works for me. Taken about 30 minutes before bedtime, my mind and body relax enough for me to peacefully fall asleep. The flavors are very good. I add a bit of creamer & it ends up being a before bed treat. Dissolves completely in hot water & no morning after drowsiness. I’m so glad I found this product.
