Resistance bands are not the same resistance
Product is ok, but all the bands have different resistances. It feels like some bands are thin while others are thick and sturdy. Makes for uneven reaistance on each arm and leg.

The best on the market. Accommodates large waists
A lot of the others on the market dont fit larger waists. Mine is 43" and this is perfectly comfortable. Those shoulder straps are necessary as well to keep leg straps from constantly pulling down. I use mine for VR workouts and this is by far the best of the best

Sizing and. Instructions are not even for the product ordered.
The harness is too big in most areas while other areas are built very well. The resistance bands are too short. Very discouraged with this purchase. I would give it 0 stars if I could. I rarely review products, but wanted to warn anyone who was interested in this product.

Adds a strength training dimension to VR exercise games.
The over the shoulder harness helps keep the belt from sliding below your waist. Wrist straps are comfortable. The harness is easy to assemble and inspect for wear. Foot straps a too thin and cut into your soles. Stretch bands are a bit too strong. That said, the product works as described and can increase the efficiency of your exercise routines. Wear eye protection when using as exercise bands have a high incidence of failure related eye injuries.
