Fits LS430, with very little work.
Bought to replace my sub for the third time in my LS430, tried the ebay breakers Paul frost subs(they sucked) reformed the ML twice and it simply sucked.This sub fits with the oem ring but you have to drill into it, but it fits perfectly. Low ends are good, high ends distort a bit. All in all top buy I would recommend!

Effective replacement subwoofer.
With a little bit of modification I used one of these to replace the disintegrated subwoofer in a Lexus LS430. So far I am very pleased with it - it's certainly a huge improvement on its rattly predecessor but I can't say how it compares to a new Mark Levinson speaker which would have cost 10 times the price.My only quibble, and it's a minor one, is that you might think (from the picture) that you were buying a pair.

Great low end bass response ,not the best I have tested but I'm talking about units costing 8X more, these are very good value for the price paid .
