Good for the price
Directions are not great. Looks nice, but doesn't feel as sturdy as I thought it would given the brand. The price is right though.

Very substantial and expensive looking
this fixture is a thing of beauty. So sad it didn’t work with my plumber installed diverter and couldn’t keep.

Poor item description
The tub spout is actually made with 2 different inner fittings, and the online options only shows one. Unfortunately, I needed the spout that has the slide on fitting.

Missing plate on wall when arrived
The plate was missing. After calling Kohler they said its waiting for production. So in the meantime I have no replacement.

Does Not Come with a Valve
This is a Trim Kit. The Description mentions a valve. $76 extra on Amazon. Order one that fits your application, ie. Plex, MNPT, Sweat in.
