These are great for a gf ginger flavored crust.

We love the Lucy's ginger snap cookies.Like the little chunks of ginger.Also no wheat in the cookies just soy, oats .Noticed you do not have any re-order's on Amazon.Please get the cookies back in the 4 pack so we can order more.

Nice and crisp hence snap, with chewy peices of ginger in the cookies, great with a cup of tea or some spiced wine. also great with some coconut vanilla ice cream (non dairy)The cookies are non dairy and gluten free, just fantasic even if you don't have these problems. The only product that was a bit of a disapointment (out of the package) were the brownies, all the cookies are GREAT. The brownies when heated a bit and had some soy ice cream and a little chocolate sauce were outstanding and so much less of a pain to make.

These are hands down the best cookies I have ever eaten! That includes regular cookies before I was diagosed gluton intolerant. They are crisp and crunchy and then you get this little zing of chewy crystalized ginger. I really have to exercise self control and ration myself or I could eat the whole box. Love,love,love them!! I order them by the case of 4 boxes from Amazon and they are almost a dollar cheaper than the grocery store. With Prime free shipping you can't beat the deal.

Dr. Lucy's makes great GF cookies. I really like the chunks of ginger in this one.

Tasty but expensive

Love these cookies and they are very hard to find in local stores.

These ginger snaps are gingery, tasty, crisp gems. I am so glad to have found such a delicious replacement for the wheat-laden variety. Now my only problem is getting the family (who don't have to eat gluten free) to leave me at least one!

If you are looking for a biscuit which is delicious and isnt compromised by the fact its Gluten Free these are definitely the ones to go for, they are delicious!! My daughter and husband found these for me for Easter, and as there are multiple allergies in the family, these not only give us peace of mind, they also taste wonderful! If you didnt know it, these could definitely pass for some of those delicious biscuit containing gluten. A great balance of flavour and texture. I can't wait to order other ones in the range.

These cookies have a pleasant crunch, and are not as 'crumbly' as Gluten free biscuits / cookies often are. One of the main reasons for trying these was that I live ginger biscuits, and used to love ginger snaps particularly, but do not like crystallised stem ginger which most GF cookies seem to have. These do not have stem ginger, and we're very well received by all (including non GF) that tried them. I would definitely have these again next time I'm craving a ginger biscuit - note that they do not quite have the 'snap' of a normal ginger snap, but get very close.

Nice ginger flavour without chunks of ginger. They have a lovely crunch and are very moreish. They definitely hit the spot as I had missed ginger snap biscuits since I have been gluten free.
