At home, this is my daily drinking glass.In restaurants, I order water with no ice and refill as needed.I gave these as Christmas presents (4) and everybody has loved these. One of the recipients jumped up and down and said her city water was terrible. Another one travels with FEMA and she was excited to be able to always have safe water.

Traveled all over China with this. Great for airport use as well. Will take anywhere water is questionable.

My wife and I purchased these for a trip to Greece and it was one of the best decisions we made since we heard mixed reviews about the quality of the water. The bottle is a good size but not too big to not be functional. Also, it fit into the pockets of our bags well. No issues with leaking and it is sturdy if dropped. You get a lot for the price, and these do go on sale from time to time. The only con against giving a five-star review was that drinking from the straw wasn't always the easiest and the maximum amount of water this holds could be more. We travel a lot and I would highly recommend to anyone travelling to any countries where there is any concern with water, these are perfect for hiking as well.

It's been really nice to have this around when we aren't home for refills while out and about and sink water is the only option.

Took it to Mexico and filtered water from the tap and didn’t get sick. Considering that I’ve been sick, either with diarrhea or a cold each of the last times I’ve traveled out of the country, it’s possible that this was helpful in keeping pathogens out of my body. I’m quite pleased. One drawback though is that you can’t fill a cup with it, which would have be nice. But overall, it’s a great product and saved me from buying numerous plastic water bottles while traveling.

It’s a nice water bottle and good to know it’s filtering clean water but it leaks out water when you open it at times.

This is a lifesaver when travelling and away from home for more than a few hours. I used to carry 2 water bottles (refillable), because I am a thirsty fish. Which meant my backpack or beach bag was heavy, or I was dehydrated. But I kept finding myself in situations where I had to choose between buying a plastic bottle or dehydration. On a recent trip I kept needing to buy plastic bottles, which I hate, so I had this shipped to my hotel and immediately my life improved. I now drink freely and no longer ration my water, and am confident I can get water anywhere - even an airport or hotel room.It is easy enough to drink through the straw. Not quite as easy as just gulping freely, and a tiny bit more effort than a regular straw. I quickly got used to it.I was recently at a rustic remote hotel for 4 days, and the biggest struggle was pure drinking water. I really wish I had bought this before that trip.My only wish is to have one in an insulated bottle. I love somewhere hot and the water warms up quickly.I now know the perfect gift!
