Swimmy Paperback – Picture Book, January 17, 2017

This was bought for me when I was very young, I bought it for my daughter, and now we bought it for her (by marriage) niece. Lovely, lovely story...

I bought this book to read to my daughters class. It has a really really good message about working together, and I love the illustrations!

This book was one of my favorites and was also a favorite of my son. Can't go wrong with this author and the books are beautifully illustrated.

A great children's book by a beloved author about team work

This is such an incredibly beautifully illustrated and thought provoking book for children and adults of all ages! I started reading this book to children when I started teaching fifty years ago and have read it many hundreds of times to classes, library story hours and my own children ever since! I even created an art activity for the children so they could design their own underwater world and story! The book's positive message is inspirational. Leo Lionni has written and illustrated superb literature! Buy this, then buy all his books!!

Highly recommend

This book is stunningly painted and beautifully written. It's one of the books banned by Florida gov Ron de Santis because he reckons it's 'woke'. It's about a school of fish whose lives are threatened by a predator, but who manage to survive by working together. If that's not wholesome, I don't know what is!I can recommend ALL the books written by Leo Leonni. They're suitable for nursery-school ages up and parents too.

The packing was good this time. No damage. The qualoty of the pages are nice. The story has some message. It is good for a bit older kid, maybe 5 to 9 years old kids.
