It's Grease
I searched for and purchased this specific item based upon a recommendation that the tube would screw into my Stihl weed whacker head. Darn thing did not work, the tube was too large so I ended up pushing grease into the head the old fashion way. If I had wanted a mess I would have purchased a different brand altogether. Very disappointed.
