This EVOO has a distinctive and beautiful emerald green color and a flavor that speaks to its long history of being one of the finest olive oils you can find. Alongside La Tourangelle's olive oil, this is one of the two staples in my kitchen. Don't be stingy with it (or with La Tourangelle) ... drizzle it with gusto on vegetables, fabulous crusty bread, and anywhere else you might want it. Heck, splurge and use it as face oil! Luxury is luxury! FIVE STARS!

I first experienced this olive oil in a boutique Relais Chateau restaurant in South Florida. It was delicious, and I had toi get some for use at home. Note, the shelf life of the product may be short when you receive it, or even expired (which was my situation). Check it carefully before opening.

This was recommended by a friend who is from Italy. It is clear it is high-quality oil, nutty and fresh. My only issue is that it came with the metal lid damaged and so it leaks a lot. Tried to return it but wasn't able to. So decided to just use it up! I hope my next bottle will come with the lid completely intact.
