I don't know why but I can't stand can tuna fish but these little packets are so good. I crunch up some seasoned croutons and mix it up with some mayo in a bowl and get out my favorite crackers and I've got a quick tasty lunch. I'm trying to cut down on any take out food or eating breaded chicken nuggets. So far this has helped me shed much needed upper body weight. It has also helped when I am too busy and forget to eat timely and my blood sugar starts getting too low. Always keep these on hand for a easy and fast snack or lunch or last minute dinner.

It's tuna. In water. What can I say. It's in a pouch, seems to be good quality. I use these for lunch on the go, travel, camping and also emergency kits. I'm not sure how price per ounce works out compared to a can but for he things I use this for I don't really want the extra weight of cans. The pouch is sturdy enough not to bust open and leave tuna juice all over everything but the pouch is easy to open which I like because so many packages now are practically impossible to open without the use of a samurai sword.

Great product. Delicious on top of some crackers and a dolip of Digon mustard! Makes a great and quick snack. Will order again.
