Management Communication (5th Edition)

The book arrived quickly and in brand new, perfect condition. So far, I have read the first two chapters of this book for a class I am taking. The book is interesting, easy to follow, and full of helpful information. The real case studies included at the end of each chapter are great to read, though the author leaves the ending open for the student to propose solutions. The book's appendix has several helpful resources such as steps to analyze case studies/business problems and sample business letters, memos, and other written communications.

This was assigned reading for one of my college classes. I rented the book, but ended up purchasing a copy. I really like how the book is laid out. The information is practical and useful in every day situations. The case studies are interesting. I will use this book beyond the classroom.

This was my textbook for a MBA class at LSU. It's a good book but, even though published in 2013, talks about the internet as if it was a new thing. Overall though, it offers sound, business communication principles.

This book is well laid out and offers lots of useful advice. I enjoyed reading it and normally hate reading text books. If you need this for a class you are in for a treat!

Just what I need. Also a book arrived on time.

This book is very concise and helpful. I only gave 4 stars because some materials are overlapped at the same chapters. I don't know if the author did it on purpose.

Good Read

This may have just been another text book in the pursuit of my degree, but it turned out to be so much more than that. This book is to writing in business as Dale Carnegie's work is to being a success at interpersonal and motivational skills.

I bought this book for school, in the hopes of saving a bit of money on books I will only read once, over the course of one semester.The book arrived at the last day of the expected delivery date, which was literally 3 weeks after I placed the order. This caused an obvious setback in terms of keeping up with class readings.The condition in which it arrived was also not ideal. I understand that this is a used paperback copy but it has several creases, including on the cover and back page. Normally I wouldn't complain but given the steep price of 55$ at which I paid this book for, I have to say that I am a little disappointed.
