Does NOT work!
This producy absolutely did not work ! I had a Ink Mark on the Arm Rest of my Leather Sofa .. this product did nothing to Lift the Ink Mark !!!!!!!! Not worth buying!!!!!!!

If you have kids and leather furniture, you need this!
My kids got ink on Nanas leather couch. This stuff removed all the ink without damaging the leather

Didn't touch the ink stain from a ballpoint pen on my leather car seat
This did not work AT ALL to even fade the ink stain left by a valet driver on my beige leather car seat...don't waste your money.

It is not for old ink stains. It will not work on old ink or magic marker. Seems to soften finish and removes color if rubbed too hard. Just test as the instructions state. I knew this going in as I bought it to help clean up any future stains from ink.Leather Master aso makes other produts to clean old ink and marker. Also redye products for difficult stains.

Amazing product!
The media could not be loaded. This is a second time I’m buying this product! It works GREAT! The trick is to continue to rub on the inked area and clean with a microfibre clothes. It took all the ink out like magic!!!:)

Did I just buy chapstick?
Tried this multiple times and let set longer than suggested after a the first two passes…literally 0 improvement. The ink is a bic ballpoint so nothing uncommon. The feel is very much an oil based chapstick of sorts, not sure what (if any) active ingredient may lift ink but there no scent either. Pretty disappointing.

Did not work.
Bought this for an ink pen mark on my new leather seats in my car. Basically it did nothing. But neither did two detail shops using their magic potions either Actually my wife suggested hairspray and it worked really well
