Bodytec p11 ice blue cooling gel pillow (large)

So I now have two of these and have used the first one for over three years even in the winter. they do warm up so I swap mine over should I have a waking night, this is also why i have two as the one not lay directly on will remain cooler. They are firmer to begin with moulding well to you and your sleeping head. They do go softer. I use thin cotton cases in summer and only use the protector in the winter as this will cause the gel area to warm quicker. I would say for people of a certain age but my granddaughter took my first one when she was seven and won't sleep anywhere without it. I also take mine with me if holidaying in UK and able to

Very comfortable with good support and a much better sleep quality

If you like sleeping on a very hard pillow then it is fine, but I woke up in pain every morning so i have ditched it. Waste of money. “Cooling pad” is a small pad placed inside the pillow. It doesn’t stay cool for long either. Nothing special. Disappointing.

I bought these pillows for my daughter and granddaughter. One has severe migraines and the other suffers from hot flushes which have made their lives miserable . The migraine sufferer says it is refreshing to lie on and helps her sleep . My daughter says its reall helped with the flushes so you are doing a good job for them both. And sAs far as l am concerned well worth the cost if it helps them get on with their lives better.

Good to have larger size so pillow case isn’t always moving about. Plus larger cool area. Overall, very pleased with it.

Very hard heavy pillow and did not stay cool as it was supposed to. Disappointing purchase.

Pillow is quite uncomfortable for those used to softer pillows but I could accept this as the type of pillow is intended to offer neck support. However the biggest issue with this pillow is despite being received in a sealed bag new from Amazon it stunk of mold / dampness. The cooling effect is also rather minimal and whilst the pillow does not warm up as quickly as some other pillows, it provides little cooling benefit after 15-20 minutes. Therefore I'd not recommend this pillow to anyone other than those prepared to clean the pillow to remove the smell, and those who like hard pillows who can fall asleep quickly.

Bought this for my sister because she was continually talking about being too hot at night. She loves it! Can't praise it enough for its comfort and the fact that it stays cool all night.
