Gobel Aspic Gelatin Molds, Set of 4, Tinned Steel

I have been looking for a mold like this. It reminds me of the one my Grandmother and Mother used for all their jello molds. This is perfect for my jello molds using my Mothers receipes.

Nice sturdy pan for my flan. Perfect size. I’m getting some delicious flan that my family loves.

This was just what I needed for my Baba au Rhum. The pan is perfect, but it arrived covered with some kind of sticky substance (manufacturing mold release?). Soap and water did not clean it. Nor did alcohol. Acetone was the ticket. I’ll bet mineral spirits would work, too. It would have been nice to have some advice on this.

The pan was perfect for making a snake shaped cake for grandson. I creased it prior to filling with batter and it worked out fine. It's easy to clean as well.

I like this cake pan just fine. It is not coated in some non-stick finish. Not a problem for me. The very first cake I made with it slipped out with ease eventhough I coated the inside with butter (no flour) and not pan spray or oil. I was very pleased with the resulting cake. I believe there is a non-stick option for those who want/need it.

This is “the” classic French Charlotte mold. It is identical to the one Julia Clild used . It’s a great size and fits well into most smaller and standard size kitchen cabinets for storage. If you are planning on doing some French cooking and want to be as authentic as possible…then this one is for you!

Saw this style pan while watching Nigella Lawson prepare her Lemon Yogurt Cake recipe on “Nigellisma”. Purchased both this pan and book, titled the same, “Nigellisima”. Cake came out perfect and was extremely tasty. Pan performed excellently, no sticking, washed easily, cake removed easily.

This is a solid product but when I used it to make a Jello mold with shredded carrots as an ingredient, I could not get the orange carrot stain out. I am sure it will not be a problem but it certainly is not easy to clean!

The product meets the description, but the material is weak. Even a light washing will produce damage on the surface which prevents further usage. Essentially it cannot withstand any cleaning except the one with mild detergent and soap. Therefore, I cannot recommend this product, and would advise against purchasing it, despite its low price.

Even baking, exceptional un moulding, re-used during overnight RhumSoaking, very very easy to clean.I cannot recommend this Baking Mould enough.I bought countless of Savarin/Rhum Baba mould to replace my battered Tefal which is no longer manufactured. I finally succeeded at finding a valuable, unbeatable one. Now I can let go of my old mould which has done its time. Very happy with this purchase.
