Copper tone 12-inch Ceramic Non-stick Wok with Lid

For me, this pan replaces pretty much all the other pans I have for most uses on a daily basis. I use it as a wok to make stir-fry, but I also use it as a frying pan for eggs and bacon, and, in addition, as a small pot in which to boil rice or pasta. If you get the sequence right, you can do everything in one pan. I could use another wok-like pan to make one pan/pot meals as well, but this one heats pretty evenly, but most importantly the non-stick is good, it’s durable, and it cleans up well.

I've been using this pan for years now. I wanted a lightweight non-stick wok and this has worked great.It's very easy to clean. It's a big large when you take into account the long metal handle and u-shape handle on the other side. That makes it awkward at times and you have to remember not to grab the handle while cooking.Overall it's holding up pretty well. A few minor scratches inside but I am quite happy with my purchase!

Only use a soft brush or non scratch dish pad and this will be a non stick surface for a long time. Had my first for about 1 year and only cleaned it with water soap and a soft brush. Still works really well. My wife on the other hand scrubbed our other one with the back of the scotch dish pad and unfortunately that one only lasted about 6 mo. before it started to lose all surface integrity. Overall I love these and have a set of four.

I love the wok so much so I came back to buy another one for my mom, but I am surprised to see so many bad reviews. I’ve had my wok for a year and 7 months, and I love it. I cook almost everyday and I am lazy so I throw it into the dishwasher (sorry I know I am not supposed to)! But after all that time and my abuse it’s still non sticky and beautiful.... I mean it does leave some marks when you cook, but they come off really easily when I just use a soft sponge under hot running water without soap. Then I throw it into the dishwasher and it comes out like new. I don’t understand why so many people have bad experiences. Maybe they cook in a lot higher temperature than I do? I mean I am chinese and I like to panfry in hot oil a lot... I would take a picture to show you how nice it is after so long but it has food in it and I am too lazy to do dishes right now. Anyways, I love it!

Must say, I was a bit skeptical when I ordered this copper pan and lid for under $40. Boy, was I pleasantly surprised when it arrived! I immediately put it to use! I LOVE IT! Mostly I cook my veggies in it; Stir frying or sautéing them. But I have cooked many other items in this nifty pan as well. The 12” diameter is great! Fits nearly everything I need to prepare for my family of four (sometimes 8 with company). And the metal rimmed glass cover is indispensable! So nice to have a little vent hole in it to let some steam escape. Just started using copper cookware recently. Man, I’m sold! The cleanup is really easy! What a breeze! Or so my hubby says, as he is the one who does all the dishes in this household. I cook, he cleans up! 😉So happy with this product purchase, I may just buy another one. But first I need to toss out something else to make room for it! LOL

I have had this pan for two days. It says it is non stick, BUT EVRYTHING STICKS TO IT. Yes I followed the directions before ever using it. And. have followed all instructions. And not only that, I have had it two days and the copper is coming off of it which is waht really makes me mad and I feel ripped off. It as if it is painted on and half of it is now silver. I have only used dish washing liquid, washed by hand and air dried. I love the way the food cooks evenly but unless I got a lemon and the company makes it right...I wound not recommend this pan to anyone. I am wondering if the copper paint is coming off in my food? If the company makes it right and I get a better one, I will come back and change this because I like the evens of the cooking and if it was quality I would love the pan.. But $15 to use the pan two days and have all this happen...seems like a scam!!! It is not what they advertise at all!! :(

The quality could be better.

It was super expensive on the store near me, so I decided to look online. It is hard to find a good non-stick wok with great quality, this is one of them. Very light, very easy to clean, and very versatile.

I have been looking for a small copper coloured frying pan, this a winner cooks food fantastically mushrooms in garlic butter, fried eggs omelets. Easy to clean great size fantastic buy.

Compro una seconda padella perché la prima mi è stata regalata ed è fantastica! Non attacca. Non devo usare condimenti. Per le crêpes è perfetta. Unica accortezza non usare il gas troppo alto
