This was much better than the first one in the series. I was kinda shocked, in a GREAT way, by how Violet's story started. LOL And Cole was such a silly goose. It wa heartwarming and felt legit like true love. They cared so much, you could just really feel it.

I like this book better than the first in this series. I really like Violet and Cole. I read the Chestnut Springs series first so l knew that Violet and Coke were married and I was always interested in their story and how they got together. I love that he calls her his light and she is able to bring him out of his darkness. He has been dealt a tough hand at life and she shows him that there can be someone in his life to not give up on him and keep coming back. I like seeing Billie and Vaughn together and how they have all become a family. I am interested to see Mira and Stefan's relationship is and I am excited to read their book!

The book came fast and was in beautiful condition except it’s missing the first bit of the book. It starts at page 11.

Elsie is such an amazing writer and i stand by it forever. She got me into cowboy romances and will forever be grateful🫡

COLE HARDING!!!!I knew from his first appearance in book 1 his story was going to be so good. I loved his story and the way it all unfolded, it was honestly perfection. I am a sucker for the vet men in books with baggage and boyyyyy does Cole have baggage.I loved Cole and Violet together, now on to Mira and Stefan!
