Adam Hall Stands SLT001EW Laptop Stand White

I needed something to hold my Pioneer XDJ700 dj decks, after looking around I could only find the more expensive full size cdj stands which were too big for my set up. So I thought I would give these stands a go as they looked the most sturdiest and it would be possible to modify them to make them stronger if I had to but to my surprise they are perfect. Easy to assemble, once tightened up there is only a slight wobble even when scratching full Jazzy Jeff style on the decks so these stands would be perfect for laptops as well. I have them set to one notch up so if you need it to be higher it may wobble a little bit more. If you need stands for the XDJ700’s they are a perfect fit once you have taken off their removable stand and they do not require any fixings because the rubber type cover on the arms stops them from moving. These stands are brilliant, sturdy, well made and great value for money, nice that they come in white too, I would definitely recommend the Adam Hall stands.

Bought this stand to use for holding full size laptop when running training course and using the PowerPoint 2013 speaker notes on screen. Keeps laptop at just the right height to refer to the notes on screen. Can be adjusted in height for different people too.Very stable at full height setting (followed instructions on leaving space between the rods). You can change the laptop holders to point inwards for smaller laptops and outwards for bigger laptops. Note the rods that connect the stands are one length and are not made of smaller sections screwed together.The white colour looks really smart and professional. It is reasonably easy to dismantle and put in baggage when travellling. Only minor down side is that it is made from steel, so it is not lightweight. For the price I cannot fault it.

Excellent quality, plush white finish and easy to assemble. 4 screws and done. I use a 17.3 inch gaming laptop for DJing and this holds it fine and feels sturdy enough even when typing. There is a slight wobble at max height but nothing worrying. I have it set on the 2nd highest setting and it is solid at that height. I bought this as an alternative to a cheaper one which was rubbish. Adam Hall can be relied upon for quality. Pay the extra few quid.

Sturdy simple stand, well made and tidy. Very easy to assemble. The arms holding the computer are 260mm long but as the unit angles forward, if you position the lower foot against a wall then the back of the upper stand is 60mm from the wall. The unit is 230mm wide, and on the lowest setting the front is 160mm high and the rear is about 230mm. This is quite high and possibly too high. I am 189cm tall and sit quite high at the desk, but my wife, at 157cms felt that the stand was just too high - hence 4 stars and not 5. Delivery was quick.

Bought for home office as using a dual monitor laptop was far to low. This is ideal from my requirement as I use a separate keyboard and mouse and it's lifts it to ideal eye level. Not exactly portable but not sold as such and robust for music use such as DJ'ing or sound mixing I expect. The construction is heavy and stable and for the money I cannot fault it.

This is ideal if you want to lift your laptop up to eye level, run a second screen and use a seperate key board. ie standard WFH configuration. Its only height adjustable , giving ~10 inches at max. I dont think it is really suitable for typing on directly as it slightly wobbley,the angle is steep and retaining lip isnt large. Overall its well made, looks good and its cheap.

Useful, sturdy, good height, simple aesthetic and leaves plenty of free space on the desk.We bought some for a research team at work - and it was good that I got one for my daughter, and now for my home office. (Great with 15" MacBook Pro or 13" MacBook Air.)

I have this stand on its lowest height setting, and am using it in conjunction with a Zalman cooler base. It makes a very stable combo and my laptop runs cooler than when directly on desk. Nicely made, very easy to assemble and a very good price. The screen is at a more comfortable height, and there is space under the laptop for ext hdd etc. All in all a win win.

Steht stabil, ist auch höhen verstellbar. Zusammenbau ist leicht, man benötigt ca. 5 Minuten dafür.

Difficile dire cosa non mi sia piaciuto di questo stand. Leggero e veloce da montare ma assolutamente solido e stabile per reggere il mio portatile 17 pollici... Veramente un ottimo acquisto, con un ottimo prezzo

Als Opfer eines Mausarms arbeite ich jetzt leiber im Stehen am Computer. Der erste Laptopständer hatte auf jeder Seite 3 Arme, die über pfiffigen Mechanismus miteinander verbunden waren. Leider war dieses Produkt beim Hersteller fehlerhaft montiert worden, und weil es mir bei den Versuchen, es trotzdem irgendwie hinzustellen, ziemlich wackelig vorkam, habe ich als Ersatz diesen bestellt. Der Adam Hall Stands ist sehr brauchbar. Mir fehlt eine Ablage für die Maus, doch ich an diesem Rechner (einem Chromebook) ohnehin mit dem Touchpad arbeiten. Beim Schreiben wackelt der Laptop etwas hin her, aber der Rechner steht insgesamt sicher. Der Zusammenbau ging einfach und schnell. Durch die Bauform sind die Füße etwas nach hinten versetzt, was ich als angenehm empfinde. Die vier Schrauben kann man richtig fest anziehen (nicht übertreiben, sind augenscheinlich aus Kunststoff!). Das Chromebook ist ist knapp 29 cm breit und steht links und rechts etwa 2 cm über. Ich bin zufrieden und gebe eine Kaufempfehlung.

Der Standfuß lässt sich einfach zusammenbauen (2 Streben, 2 Füße, 2 Laptophalterungen). Die Anleitung und das Zusammenbauen sind einfach und gehen relativ schnell (ca. 3-5 Minuten für das erste Mal). Das beste an dem Produkt ist (bzw. das Hauptargument für mich) die Höhe! Es gibt insg. 6 Löcher, wodurch die Schrauben und Streben verbunden werden können. Da es 2 Streben sind, kann man max. 4 Löcher unten + oben Freilassen und mit den anderen 2 die Teile miteinander verbinden (Achtung: Ich weiß nicht, wie Stabil die Konstruktion dann noch ist).Ich habe das unterste Loch freigelassen, sodass ich eine Höhe von ca. 20 cm habe (Tischplatte bis vordere Kante Ständer).Ich arbeite nicht direkt am Laptop, sondern per Tastatur, Maus und externem Monitor. Für eine Arbeit auf dem Laptop, während dieser auf dem Ständer steht, wirkt der Ständer etwas zu instabil.Nachfolgen die wichtigsten Punkte zusammengefasst:+ Einfacher zusammenbau+ Einzelteile wirken stabil+ Füße und Laptopauflage sind gummiert+ Laptopauflage hat vorne Kanten, damit der Laptop nicht herunterfällt+ Durch das modulare System durchaus einfach transportierbar+ Laptopauflage ist leicht abgeschrägt- Die Kante bei den Füßen stören (es gibt keine glatte Ablegefläche unter dem Laptop auf dem Tisch)- Der Schaumstoff für die Laptopauflage teilweise "krumm" aufgeklebt (rein optischer Mangel)- Die Auflagefläche ist zu glatt, der Laptop rutscht herunter- Vordere Kanten der Laptopablagefläche könnten gerne 1-2cm länger sein, da je nach Modell der Laptop herunterfälltInsgesamt bin ich mit dem Produkt zufrieden, da ich neben meinem PC auch meinen Laptop (wenn ich den benötige) mit dem Monitor auf meinem Schreibtisch arbeiten möchte. Falls ich den Laptop brauche, möchte ich nicht ständig Sachen wegräumen müssen. Daher ist der Ständer (vor allem wegen der dynamischen Höhe) perfekt, um darunter eine Ablagefläche zu schaffen.
