This training aid is the truth. It addresses exactly what it's designed to address: the putter face angle at impact. On it's most difficult position, ANY deviation off 0 degrees will be apparent, and provides immediate feedback.It won't root out the cause of your misalignment at impact, (seek professional guidance if necessary), nor will it help much with pace, but if you're having issues with your putting it can provide a diagnostic tool that'll point you in the right direction to holing those pesky 5 footers.Fairways and greens.

I recently purchased the PuttOUT Devil Ball Face Angle Trainer and it has quickly become a valuable tool in my golf game. The design is simple yet effective, it helps me to improve the accuracy of my putts by training me to square the face at impact. The ball return feature allows me to train continuously without interruption. The build quality is excellent and it's small enough to take with me on the go. I highly recommend this trainer to any golfer looking to improve their putting accuracy. Five stars!

The Devil Ball works as intended but don't expect the feel and sound of a real ball.If you mishit whether its from face angle issues or from cutting across the ball (a putter slice/hook?), the ball reacts and rolls offline as intended. At 3 feet or closer it is not as effective especially if you normally hit it harder at this distance like you would to take the slope out when you're on the course. I currently use it at 6 ft and 8 ft to get the best results.If you are expecting this to sound and feel like a golf ball, this is not for you. The ball doesn't jump off the face like a real ball and it has a hard plastic sound. I've found drawing a 360 deg line on a ball or coloring half of the ball one color with a sharpie will tell you the same thing and still maintain feel and sound. This is still a fun addition to the indoor putting mat but curb your expectations low handicappers.

No matter how good of a putter that you may be....this item will test your patience. I have played few rounds yet so I don't know if it will actually help my putting.

Seemed like a great concept, but tried it over and over and over and over on my putting mat at home and really had limited and inconsistent success.

Fun to get this thing rolling! This thing has helped me get my alignment right on putts, I’ve been rolling it all over my carpet.

Love this putting trainer! The devil ball is very well named, as it was frustrating at first to use, but it really quickly becomes Joy when you get it right and start to hit straight through the ball. very smart way to improve my putting, as I have been using an indoor putting matt for a while and this is a great addition.Looking forward to getting back out on the course and rolling in 20ft's :)Perfect gift for any keen golfer

Not easy to set up. Can only be used on flat greens. Must be aligned perfectly each time to work. Maybe I am a bad putter but did not see much benefit.
