Really useful and very smart!
After a life time of making do I decided that it was time to actually purchase a proper drawing table for myself. I spent a lot of time researching a lot of desks and tables and finally opted for this one. It takes a little while to construct but with the help of the instructions leaflet and a you tube video explaining how to assemble the futura craft station it wasn't too painful. The side drawers and trays are handy for storage and I really like the drawer underneath. It's a shame that it doesn't come all the way out rather than only half way but it's still a really good feature and I keep mine slightly open when I'm painting as my water colour paints and Pencils can be easily reached. An extra bonus was that It was the next day delivery!EditI’ve now had the desk for almost 2 years and I have to say that I’m still really pleased and impressed with it. It’s very well used and still in perfect condition. It turns out that the drawer actually comes out a lot further than I thought which makes it even better. I keep my paints water and pallet in the opened drawer making it very user friendly.I’ve added another photo to demonstrate how many paintings you can fit onto it. Great for large pieces too.I also purchased the extension legs which slot on really easily giving it a bit more height if you want to stand up or use with a draughting chair although I’m not using them at the moment.

Expensive, but nice!
When this arrived the box was damaged so I didn't hold out high hopes for the glass top. However the actual packaging it comes in is very substantial so no damage.Bit of a mixed review! The unit does come in a million bits, but if you follow the instructions carefully and methodically it does all fit. The instructions aren't great and I did have a mix up with the drawer support brackets - but managed to work it out...The finished product looks great in my home office, and I've been using it for a month now. The long metal drawer under the front is really handy, and the side drawers great for storing pens, tapes etc.In saying that both the side drawers and black plastic trays at each end aren't very substantial and feel like they won't last as long as the metal parts. The whole unit is fairly sturdy, but a but wobbly when the glass top is in the up positions.. At over £300 seems quite expensive for what it is.So - takes a bit of time to build, looks great, after a month works well, but is a bit 'flimsy' in the up position - and feels overpriced to me. However, overall I'll pretty happy with it.

it was easy enough to assemble
I am a VERY amateur cartoonist doing my second book, I wish I had, had this table years ago, it was easy enough to assemble, the hardest part was snapping the drawers together. It's robust the drawers can be either left or right handed.I love it.

We are very pleased with this table and the reason we give 4 stars is because of the assembly and the instructions in some points need to be more clear such as the side pencil cases slots!

Very nice artist table
Take your time putting this together I made one simple mistake and had to partly redo it. Entirely my fault but now it is up I love it and it looks nice

Poor deal this
Bought with "some assembly hardware missing". Turns out this meant ALL the fixings and the housing for the drawers, and a drawer. The box arrived bashed like it'd been dragged here. By the time I'd unpacked it from the fragile custom fit polystyrene there was no going back as it all fell apart to the touch. It was only then the extent of the missing 'assembly hardware' - which like a fool I'd took to mean 'tools for assembly' such as allen keys or a spanner or somesuch - became apparent. The item remains in pieces leaning against a wall. Useless. (Me and it)
