100% dark grey cotton, so when you stand on the mat and walk off it, your feet are dry (unlike a 100% polyester mat where your feet would still be wet.The mat is very thick, and better than we expected. As there is no plastic backing (cotton pile on both sides) you can shuffle across the bathroom without getting off the mat. However, the mat is not too slippery.Not tested washing it yet, so the rating may change,Because the mat was so good, I ordered two more!

Just right for our needs. Bought two to cover most of the bathroom floor. They do slide somewhat on the slate tiles. I wouldn't say they were luxurtious or even luxurious but quite adequate.

Bought this bath mat liked the color but it seems to me the washing instruction label was placed on the wrong side, however the bath mat it self I thought was rather smart.

looks good and feels good it was delivered really quickly but can not tell you of durability as have not used it yet

I'm fussy about quality but as this was for a guest bathroom I didn't want to spend much. I was surprised how thick it is and was even thinking about buying the same brand for our own en suite. Would definitely buy again.
