Quality product from a quality, employee-owned company. High protein and fiber, rich in essential omega-3 fatty acids, plus vitamins and minerals. As an RD I recommend this to all my clients, and I've been using this for years. Sometimes hard to find in local markets - good source of fiber when added to morning oatmeal or smoothies. The multi-pack seemed a bit more than I wanted, but I seem to be working through the first bag more quickly than I expected. This is a reasonable price compared to the local grocer (when available locally).

I love flaxseed!
I mix in 2 tablespoons to my oatmeal every morning, adds a great flavor plus those beneficial omega 3's!!!

I can't tolerate the recommended dose ( 1 TBSP)
Once this left my stomach I had GI discomfort for a day. When I left it out of my oatmeal or used only a teaspoon's worth I was fine.
