I cooked from scratch macaroni n cheese for a Thanksgiving side didh that calls for at least two kinds of cheese. The cheese order arrived quickly as expected and the quality was as expected.

. No refund. Item was shipped by ground, 7 days to arrive. Arrived warm and cold pack warm. box states perishable/ keep cold. Company says it’s ok to eat. Really?!Company response:The integrity of the cheese is still intact. If it was not there would be liquid fats extruded from the cheese and the cheese's texture would therefore be compromised. It is in good condition. Cheese actually has a much better flavor when it is warmed up to room temperature before eating. Thank you CheeseDelicatessen.
