Good mounts for a Ford 9” Rear end.
Good mounts for adding shocks on my 27’ T-bucket project. These welded easily to my Ford 9” rear end.

Bolt hole size, clearancing
Ultimately. This product is exactly what it describes. Just for my build, there were a couple consideration I wish I would have thought about prior. I used these for my Jeep YJ 8.8 Axle swap. I had to flip my shock upside down so the stem was on the bottom, as the body of the shock was hitting these mounts before full flex. I could have grinding some of the metal away, but I didn’t want to mess with the integrity and strength of the mounts themselves. The bolt hole may or may not be the same as your existing shock. Not a huge deal, you can drill it out or use washer to account. But. Might be something to consider. I would still purchase these again. For the price and how solid they are, a little fab work is not biggy.

Galvanized - be careful welding!
When these arrived I realized they were zinc coated, aka galvanized. If you weld directly to these without removing the coating you can get galvanized poisoning! So make sure you prep the material first by removing the coating. Seems counterproductive to zinc plate an item thats intended to be welded on.
