Animal Rescue Friends: Friends Fur-ever (Volume 2)

Lots of color and cute story line. The books is very age appropriate and its safe in a sense a parent does not have to worry about what their child may be reading.

I was excited to receive "Animal Rescue Friends: Friends Fur-Ever!" by Jana Tropper! I was immediately drawn to the cover by it's bright and engaging, kid friendly illustrations by Genevieve Kote. In this day and age, I loved reading a children's book that not only focuses on animals that children love, but also providing lessons about friendship, cooperation, and problem solving to help kids learn to work together for a greater good! I read that the author is speech and language pathologist that works with children everyday and the Literacy Director for Reading with Pictures, which is a group that supports comics in education. She obviously knows what children like and the importance of books in education. This book is a perfect addition to a school library or for any kid who loves animals. Now that I have read it, I am going to order more for holiday gifts!! Love it!

Bought this for my granddaughter. Made her excited to read on subjects, animals that she loves. Kept her interested and encouraged her to read more.
