Christopher Knight Home Hariata Fabric Contour Chair Set, Muted Yellow

I was looking for a small chair with a footstool to put in a corner for reading. I loved the color (yellow) of this chair as well as the style. It looked to good to be true. I was skeptical about the quality and made sure to buy it on Amazon in case I didn't like it and wanted to send it back. I am happy to share that it is made just as good as it looks! My husband, who assembled it for me and complains about everything, also gives it five stars and was amazed by the quality of the wood, upholstery, and assembly. All the screw holes were perfectly aligned. FYI, the footstool was assembled, only the chair legs needed to be put on. I also find it perfectly comfortable, I don't understand why others have complained. I would buy another one in a second.

Great chair and a wonderful addition to my mid-century living room. Love the yellow color! I agree with reviews that this is not going to be the perfect, comfy armchair, but I have spent a lot of time in it already. I am petite (5'3"), so my experience will be different from taller individuals... I have found this chair to be good for reading, conversation or watching a show, but I won't be napping in it. The material is not super soft, but it's nice and easy to clean. Good quality and I'm very happy with this purchase!

The product was fairly easy to assemble, and came in a timely manner; however, I was disappointed to see dark brown stains on the top corners of the chair right as I took it out of the package. The ottoman also appears to be a slightly lighter yellow than the chair. It is comfortable and cute, but unfortunately the flaws were not worth this price.

When this chair arrived, the box was completely flimsy and falling apart and the legs to the chair were broken. So, we wrapped it back up and returned it. I read other people had the same issue. The chair itself was really pretty and the color is gorgeous. It's warm and sunny and I really wish it hadn't been broken...

Had to return this chair. VERY cheap looking in person and literally less comfortable than plastic lawn furniture. Back of chair was FILTHY.

We like the chair & the color. Very easy to put the legs on the chair & the foot stool already had them on. I did it in about 10 minutes, including reading the instructions. As many have pointed out, this chair is QUITE firm! Which is exactly what we were looking for. The only negative is that it is also light weight & my spouse, who has Parkinson's, has a tough time getting out of it without it scooting. This can be dangerous for him. But we placed it against a wall to minimize that danger. My 15 year old grandson deemed the chair "very cool!"

It was very easy to put together and I love the soft butter yellow. The fabric is high quality and has a nice feel. I love the ottoman as it can function as a foot prop or another seating when I have guests. My cat loves it too =)

The yellow is just a tad bit brighter than I wanted but it is a pretty color. The chair was simple to put together. I sit in it to read in a sun room. It isn't super padded but I don't mind that for the time I sit in it. It works great for me (5'8"). My 6'5" fiance isn't as comfortable. Seems to hold him just fine but maybe not made for him like other chairs might be. The good news is that the foot rest can move out as far as you need it. Happy with my purchase.
