Good, fyi keys are not chipped
Bought a 2002 mustang with no keys, I drilled out the ignition and broke the pin loose. Installed this and had a locksmith program keys to it. If your car uses transponder keys, the locksmith will need to copy this pattern onto a chipped key because these have no chip in them.I never had any problems with the ignition after he programmed them.

This lock cylinder is backwards
I had to have a duplicate key made for this but it couldn’t be done because the key was not really on a ford key so I had to go through the key blanks until I found a key blank that had the same grooves I had to cut the duplicate key on a Chrysler key blank if you are as anal as I am about that stuff you probably won’t want to start your Ford with a Chrysler key but if not just beware that you will need to check the key blanks before you have it cut if you are going to have a duplicate made and also the lock cylinder pins are not very good if you put any Chrysler key into the lock cylinder all you have to do is give it a little jiggle and it will unlock the ignition and start so caution with that
