Big antenna, make sure you have the room.

Easy to put together, needed no tuning. Works well for DX on CB and had some good contacts on the10m band (with a tuner) into the USA and Brazil.

Arrived punctually, packaging excellent. The Antenna is made of high quality aluminium, finished to quite a high spec. The connections from rod to rod is of high quality which allows for the 200km/h Wind velocity rating. I still would be a little careful with that number.The assembly is easy. Reception is excellent, less noise than my other rods. Only had a quick call to a friend of mine, 38km away. He gave me a full 9+ 5+, adding that in comparison to my old silver rod 1/2 wave I sound better. All good up to here. After asking for info multiple times through different channels, I still have no answer, not even from the seller. So I just have to assume this is a 5/8Lambda Antenna. If the seller reads this, I would be thankful for a quick info on my Email to my question: is this a half wave or a 5/8 Lambda? Thank you! I do recommend to work with an antenna MATCHBOX/TUNER, it is quite surprising how much more you can "tickle" out of this setup.UPDATE : antenna holds SWR very precisely, no Variations. Has survived 2 Storms without problem. This antenna is extremely sensitive, picks up faint signals very well and is an excellent DX-Antenna.
