Very nice piece

Looks nice- super annoying to assemble
As the other reviewer has said, the quality of the wood is low and the assembly instructions are unusually poor.This is really challenging to assemble perfectly and it's easy to advance into a very late stage of assembly only to realize you made a small mistake early in the assembly. As a result, I now have mine mounted on the wall but with one of the backing boards erroneously reversed and displaying the unfinished side forward.Super frustrating.

Sturdy, heavy piece looks just like photo
Not sure who is writing these other reviews, but this piece is exactly what you’d expect and is surprisingly robust and heavy. Feels better than something you’d get at IKEA. Assembly is a bit involved but very easy to follow. Very satisfied.

Looks OK when together, but cheap particle board - very overpriced for what you get.
Assembly instructions are ludicrously terrible. Do NOT rely on the instructions that come with this desk, watch the demos on YouTube first.A key thing that's not clear at first is that you need to place this desk over an existing wall outlet (where the hole in the lower part of the back is), because if you don't, there is no way to get power to a laptop or whatever, on the desk without a bunch of ugly cords all over, because the desk must be attached to the wall. So, if you don't have an outlet already conveniently right where you want to place this desk in your room, well, that's just too bad for you.Like the look, but wish the quality matched the price. It's OK for me for now, but would not buy again.
