The quality is outstanding—the materials feel durable and well-made, with a sturdy design that’s built to last. I love the thoughtful details, like the convenient pockets and the comfortable straps, making it easy to carry even when fully loaded.What really stands out is how well they maintain the temperature inside. My drinks and snacks stay cold for hours, which is a huge plus when I'm out and about. The bags are also easy to clean, which is always a bonus.

Such a cute cooler. Comes exactly how it looks. Great quality. the only downfall is, it does condensate quite a bit, so keeping a towel under it, would be wise. Surprising given its a Disney branded product. It holds the amount specified and it does the job. Would buy again as a gift.

I can't believe I found a bag this useful! This will definitely be coming to work with me once these work-from-home days are over. : ) Until then, I'll be bringing it with me on road trips. Whoever designed this bag really knew what customers would want, and for twenty bucks, it's a steal!Here's what I like:- Hardware: The zipper and snap both feel sturdy, not cheap.- Organization: I love that it's not just a cooler; you can use the front section for books, notebooks, office "stuff," or whatever you bring when you travel. The front of the bag has two adjustable loops that you could put a jacket/sweater or blanket in. The back can be used as a slip pocket, but if you unzip the bottom part, you have a trolley sleeve.- Color: A lovely, charcoal heather with a vinyl-feeling base (most likely for reinforcement and to repel dirt/stains).Here's what a newer design could improve upon:- Adjustable straps. I'm 5'4", and I think the bag fits fine, but I can see that this would be a good feature to have.- A zipper on the dry storage section instead of a snap. If you want to store items more securely (but not put them in the insulated section), it'd be nice to have this option.- A smaller pocket for keys and/or a phone. Assuming you're using this bag as a work/travel tote, then it would make sense to include a pocket for these essentials.On the whole, this is one of my favorite finds on Amazon. (I also recommend the matching wine bottle tote.)

This cooler bag was absolutely perfect for our first Disney trip. Even used it as universal studios. We didn’t put ice in the bag (forgetful mind here) and our drinks stayed chill through the day. Money well spent.

Return window closed 3 weeks ago. I have been gently using this bag every few weeks. I will only have 2 water bottles (both 12-16 oz) a bagel sandwich or 2, and one other snack. As you can tell, I don't overpack this bag ever. Yesterday while cleaning it out, I noticed BOTH inside seams spli, exposing the interior. This bag has now lost its true intended function and is now a basic bagpack. I'm very disappointed.

Very cute print. Compliments everywhere I go. Zipper did fall off within having it a week though.

I absolutely love my new Igloo bag. It's quality is fantastic and exactly what I needed for work, as I work in construction. So having the dual compartments is a real bonus. I can keep food cool in the 1 compartment and dry items in the other. Fabulous product. Would highly recommend.
