MOLD ARMOR 64 oz. E-Z House Wash - Brick, Concrete, Trim & Siding Cleaner

I was a little disappointed by how small the bottle was. However, I used it on our 2800 square foot, 2 story house, 2 coats, and had a little left over for the front porch railings. I did 1 coat and let it sit for 10 min. It came off, but not all of it. So, I did a 2nd coat and let it sit for about 20-30 minutes and algae came right off. We have very high vaulted ceilings and this was able to reach the highest peak. Made pressure washing a breeze....we didn't even use our pressure washer. I am buying another to have on hand for the cars and camper!

Very pleased with this purchase. It saved me from renting a power washer to clean the concrete wall that was getting all green and mildewy. I got this because I have plants/flowers against the wall and no damage was done. Took a couple sprays and some elbow grease with scrubbing with a brush but it came out so well and in no time. I took someone else’s advice and sprayed with water first, then the cleanser, waited 5-10 minutes, scrubbed with a brush, then rinsed. Worked great but didn’t initially think it did anything. Be a little patient. It does work and saved me a big hassle of renting the power washer. This bottle will last me several years too.

This is a great product. I used this to clean my vinyl siding that has accumulated much dirt. This solution once connected with my water hose sprayed and extended to unreachable spots of the house without using a ladder and cleaned it very well! I don't have a power washer, but this did the job. I plan on buying more to finish the other side of the house.

This works amazing on alge growth on the siding. I almost called in a professional but thought I would give this a go. So glad I did! Easy to use and wish I would have bought one more to cover the backside of my home, I have a 1300 sq foot home and used 2 bottles. I was very pleased with the results.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Once I realized i hadn’t switched the nozzle to the correct setting for cleaning, which means applying the solution to the siding, I was off to the races. Night and day difference on my home’s siding. This product works well. Just wish the bottle was engineered to create additional pressure so I could reach the top of the 2nd story, it that part of the house was in decent shape.

For ease of use, cleaned fairly well. If this was maintained a couple times , you could probably get by with just using this product. Took one star off for areas I went over twice, and it didn’t touch it, the worst not pictured. Does smell pretty heavily, but wore a mask and eye protection and did fine. Didn’t have many plants to worry about, so can’t speak to how this product affects them.I took one star off for the amount of product needed. Needed a little over a bottle for each side of the house, and still wasn’t able to hit all the nooks and crannies. I still have to buy one more bottle to finish everything, so I don’t feel the square footage is accurate.Overall, pretty good for DIY soft wash, but you may need to put some elbow grease in for tough areas.

MOLD ARMOR E-Z House Wash always does the job. Cuts through grime and mildew fast with minimal effort.Just a heads-up: keep it off your clothes unless you’re going for the accidental tie-dye look. It will bleach anything it touches.Would I recommend it? Absolutely. Just dress like you’re about to lose the outfit.

The hose end sprayer and jug was the best part of the purchase.The product is junk, less sodium hypochlorite ( aka bleach) at 5.25 % than in over the counter full strength bleach 7.5% available anywhere.The product was gone in 300 sq ft, not the claimed 4500 sq ft.The company didn’t reply to my concerns.I used the jug and sprayer to finish the job. Just mix 7.5% grocery store household cleaner bleach and soap 80/20 and go to town.
