Burts Bees Gloss and Glow Glossy Balm, 100% Natural Origin, Chai Time, 1 Tube, Pack of 2

This has become my favorite lip balm/gloss! Very comfortable on the lips.

I love Burt's Bees products! I have been using their skincare as well as some beauty products for years. I was curious to try these tinted lipbalms and I was hoping for more of a dusty-rose shade but when I ordered the "chai time" which in the pictures looked more pink than tan, in real life it is in fact very brown. This shade would look beautiful on someone with a darker skin complexion but it looked terrible on my skin. I have the Wine Wednesday which is a nice dark, wine shade but I wanted something more daytime friendly. I requested a return for this AND shipped both lipbalms back via UPS and I still have not received my refund! These were quite expensive for a basic lipbalm and I would like to have my money back please. These products are very nice, smooth and hydrating and give a nice amount of color but aren't as strong as a true lipstick. I am very sad that this shade did not work for me but Burt's Bees makes wonderful products. I will try other products in the future.Update: It's been over a month and I still have not been refunded for returning this!

I have had several other Burt’s Bees Lip products and liked them. I was looking for a more natural, tinted lip balm/gloss and decided to give these a try. I like the color very much. The balm itself feels nice and looks nice on, but the fragrance is off putting. Most of the other Burt’s Bees products I have tried have smelled natural, like vanilla bean, etc., I ordered the Chai color and it smells like perfume. It does dissipate after awhile, but I end up wiping it off or not using it at all most of the time.

Once upon a time I was a GenX teenager that never left the house without my Max Factor Mocha Glacé lipstick heavily lined with a (several shades darker) raisin lip liner.But then stuff got real.I became a mother.I needed everything to multitask just like I do.I needed color and a moisturizing balm.I needed to do the no make up make up because you can’t look like you are trying too hard.You can’t look like you are spending too much time or money on yourself.I have been a Burt’s Bee’s Lip Shimmer (Peony) and Moisturizing Tinted Lip Balm (Rose) Superfan for years.I loved the Gloss and Glow line. I tried the Pink first and loved it. I adore the Chai color. Reading the reviews, one person said they think it would be better on darker skin and another said they didn’t care for it on their darker complexion. The model on the Burt’s Bees website is darker complected and looks beautiful in all the colors they offer. I am fair complected but use self tanner in the summer and both the Pink and the Chai work for me in both seasons.In regards to the price… I have only found them at one drugstore and they were over $10 just for 1 tube. Online some big box stores are offering them for $6.99 each so considering the convenience and consistency of ordering through Amazon, it is a win.I would like for the other colors to be available as well (Cherry and a Wine)

it’s not even the same color. It’s like an ashy gray kind of pink, but I guess if you want quality don’t buy burts bees.

Was looking for a great moisturizing lip gloss. This feels very smooth on my lips and I love Burt’s bees. However hardly any shine (gloss) whatsoever! Very disappointed in that. Otherwise it’s just like regular burts bees chapstick.

Very misleading ad! It’s not glossy. It’s very matte like and dry. There’s an awful odor to it. The ad shows 2 tubes of glossy lipstick; there’s only one in the order. It also states 2 units on the ad. Very unhappy!

The color payoff and moisture are excellent, HOWEVER this product also has some fragrance and irritated my sensitive lips. If you are not fragrance sensitive, go for it, but as for me, I'm returning this.
