Great product!
OMG game changer if you have a HE washing machine. This breaks down body oils that cause odors with Lipase, have an extra tough stain, mix with water and soak.

The best stain remover.
I have been using BIZ for years. There is nothing like it to removing stains, especially when used as a pretreatment. It's hard to find in stores so Amazon is always my option.

Miracle product for odors and stains, affordable, effective
I had to buy this product for a laundry crisis a few months ago, and I wrote a review back then, but I am updating to list some of the other magic this product has done for me. I am continually impressed and ever more reliant on this product, I wish I could give it 10 stars. Odor Removal: My shirts weren't getting clean with cheap detergent so eventually they all smelled very strongly of burnt body odor. I made a paste with the powder and let that work for 30-minutes and it worked. I soaked blankets that had been in the garage for a year and smelled like rubber and oil, as well as some sheets that just always smelled kind of funky, it worked. Dog blankets, smelly shoes, mildewy towels, jackets that smell like smoke, clothes that smell like fried food - all not a problem. Stains I've used this for: Puppy peed and pooped on a white blanket, old blood stains in dark colored undies, new blood stains in very light colored jeans, raw hide crisped to a blanket, dingy white hand towels, the orange powder from cheetos and doritos - all came out. Again, could not be happier with how well this works on all of the crazy stuff I'm up against when I'm battling laundry. The price for this (especially compared to high-end laundry detergents and additives) does seem reasonable. Also, I have sensitive skin and this doesn't give me any problems.

WORKS ON CAT PEE!!
My female cat started marking/scenting on our laundry, I threw away a lot of clothes, sheets, towels, and blankets because I just couldn't get the horrible smell out...and if I made the mistake of washing the items that had cat pee on them with other clothes, the scent would transfer onto every item in the load! I had to throw a lot of items away and it was costing me a lot of money. I'm able to get the smell out now! I have a remarkably strong sense of smell. I can smell in layers...I swear I must've been a bloodhound in a past life, lol. I'm not able to pick up even a tiny trace of the scent now! If you've been wondering what could possibly work, this has been my method: 1. I do my best to locate the pee spot (using a black light if I have to) and spray it with Rocco & Roxie Professional Strength Stain & Odor Eliminator. I saturate the spot and let it sit for at least 15-20 mins. 2. I use Tide pods (2-3), a half scoop of Biz, a scoop of OxiClean, 3-4 scent pods (or a cap of scent beads), and 1/2 - 1 cup of Nature's Miracle Laundry Booster all together for one load. (I know that sounds like a lot, but this is war and cast pee is a powerful enemy...nuke that stench!) 3. When the load is finished, sniff. Sniff it real good and deep. If it has even the tiniest hint of yucky cat pee, DON'T DRY! You will need to wash again. I was able to get the smell out of clothes that marinated in the pee for weeks. They smell so good now! Good luck!

Get it.
I made my own detergent. I have a big jar for each of baking soda, washing soda, borax, bix/oxy clean and foca/washing flakes. I used to put it in a big bin, but I have learned to stop doing that so I can customize each load of laundry. My husband uses a tablespoon of each and all his work wear comes out wonderfully crisp and clean. Biz is like a laundry enzyme. I mix it with oxyclean so it's 50/50. I love this stuff on towels or blankets. Works great if you put a cup in a bathtub of hotbwater and throw your stuff in and let soak for hours. Insane.

Worked well to deep clean my sheets that had gotten musty and slightly yellowed from years of use despite regular laundering. I soaked them in a bathtub 1/3 full of hot water with 2 cups Biz (this might have been too much because it left my linens dry feeling) for 4 hours, then i washed them on a heavy cycle in hot water with tide powder detergent (powder has stronger enzymes than liquid detergents) plus half a cup of biz. The Biz bath soak pulled out so much built up funk that the water turned light yellow. Sorry for the gross detail but I wanted to illustrate that this stuff works really well. Now my sheets smell and feel fresh and are just about as white as new. This is definitely an essential laundry tool for me going forward and it's easy to use. Only downside is it can leave fabrics crusty and dried out feeling. But maybe that's from me using too much, or not rinsing thoroughly enough, not sure. Update: I did a 4 hr biz soak of all my pillowcases and did half a bathtub of hot water and 2 cups of biz fully mixed in. Swish/rotate the water every half hour or so. Then squeeze out the water and launder on heavy cycle hot water with tide powder. Worked great.

I read about this stuff online but was still impressed— I use it with my towels and they come out way fresher than just plain detergent, and I've also found it very effective with a presoak for eliminating discoloured spots on bedsheets (especially bamboo ones that can't be washed hot or bleached) and persistent stinky bits on pants and sportswear (like biking shorts).
