Love the bag, great quality, good size only thing I would recommend is that they have an insert that hold the bag and makes it more rigid, otherwise highly recommended

The Medium size is more than enough, its fits 2 sets of clothing, towel, shoes, shower bag and even 2 suppliments. Therr are even 2 bottle holders.However, The large protien packs will take around 40% of the space.

It's very bad quality it's getting tears from one side and thread came out...I thought have got good deal buy it's waste of money on this bag really dispointed with the products materials...

Its originality, used it for gym

The bag does not hold on its own, it is made of very light material and has no frame to it. It just lays down spread like jelly… Even with a glass bottle on its side bottle pack it just gives to gravity completely and turns over. Swiftly returned.
