Comfortable elbow pads
I bought these for my son for the bike parks. They are comfortable and he forgot they were even on by lunch. It is a good design and offers great protection. Small falls only so far and no body damage.

Great Protection Cool Looking Elbow Guards
I bought these elbow guards after crashing using fox launch pro. That elbow guard only protects the elbow itself and is falling to my wrist while riding (medium size).I waited until I crash again using the Launch D30 elbow guards before writing this review. The elbow guards held up well during the crash and I am glad that I was wearing them.I used the size chart on fox’s website and medium was my size. I am 5’7 137lbs. At first, the fit was so tight, that I was having trouble putting it on. After wearing it on and off multiple times, its easier to put it on but still hard to take off which is a good thing because you wouldnt want it falling off easily especially while riding or crashing. In closing, I am satisfied with this product and the protection it gave me during my crash. I dont feel the elbow guards while I was riding and the bottom line, they look cool.

Great protection
Fits well. Stays in place. Comfortable. Affordable. Well made. Ride with them several times a week. I'm a beginner off ADV rider and fall off/over often. These are well tested and pass with flying colors. Do yourself a favor and buy these. Definitely recommend!

Fits small & wrong color
Ordered a black elbow guards and received green ones, almost black, but not quite. Also fits very tight if you have muscles. Got a medium, but sending back for a large. Biceps cut off tightly.Overall seems very high quality and well made.

Tight fit
Theses are nice pads. The hard cover comes off for easy cleaning. I am 5-9 with slightly bigger arm and the pads are very tight. When ridding for two hours they will make your arms numb

Great pads that give you confidence.
I bought these after buying a cheaper set of pads. I fell hard using the cheap pads and was rewarded with road rash and bruising. So I decided I needed to get a better set. These are great. They are comfortable, stay in place, and give you confidence to ride. I haven’t fallen hard with them yet but am sure they’ll do great.

Only for specific shape arms
I'm 6'2" and 165lbs, and ordered a size small, and have about a 10.5" bicep and forearm. I can imagine these fitting well if my bicep were 12 or so inches. These pads are completely loose around my bicep, and are quite snug on my forearm. The elastic strap is so long that you can't use it to snug up the bicep. When the velcro parts match, there's very little tension on the elastic. My guess is they will either cause arm pump, or slide down my arms, or both. I haven't decided yet whether I will return them or risk $100 to find out. I'm even considering finding someone to sew the bicep tighter, since most elbow pads are the same shape (bigger bicep than forearm).

Tested the Hard Way
I like to hear stories from people who have put gear to the test the hard way, so I'll share mine. I'm still a novice mtb rider, and after my first crash and rash on my elbow, I decided to get a set of pads for the next time. Well not too long until I crashed again, this time going wide and fast over the edge of a berm and went sliding into the dirt hip and elbow first. Thanks to these pads, damage to my elbow was minimal, with minor bruising and abrasions underneath the pad. This crash was harder than my first, and without the pads I'm sure I would've been in a lot more pain.Sure they're a little hot and uncomfortable, but still easy to ride with even in 80+ degrees. Dress for the slide, not for the ride; I'm glad I did that day.
