Wagner Arrow-Back Counter Stool with Swivel Seat

These were delivered by UPS to my home quickly, and for free (love Amazon!) They are very well made, of beautiful solid wood,and look exactly like the picture. Here are a couple of comments (some regarding others' comments):1) There is no paper in the box for assembly instructions; the instructions are printed on the side of the box.2) Here's an EASY WAY TO ASSEMBLE it: Because the seat is angled, you can only fit 2 bolts through the swivel mechanism at a time; then you need to swivel it 180 degrees. But since you haven't yet attached the chair to the stool base, it's nearly impossible to turn the swivel mechanism by hand (I could not do it). SO...drop those first 2 bolts through, then flip the seat right-side-up and fit those 2 bolts through the holes in the stool base (don't attach the wing nuts, though!). Now you can easily swivel the chair 180 degrees, since the 2 bolts are anchoring the whole assembly together. Once you have swiveled it, remove the top chair section again, flip it over, and now you can drop the last 2 bolts through.3) As for those people who said the wood was too light in color, if you know what "natural" is, you'd know how light it should be. The color is exactly as described and pictured, and very beautiful.4) As far as the comfort-it's not that the back is too straight, it's that the top of the back cuts into your back a little. But unless you plan to sit in it for a very long time, it won't be a problem. Also-remember that it is not height adjustable, so everyone's feet won't reach the foot bars the same. BUT - look at the stool - the bars are not placed at the same height on all four sides: 2 sides are different. So simply swivel your seat so that your feet match the bar that is comfortable. You actually have 4 height choices for your feet! If you think those foot rest bars are too narrow, just swivel a bit, and put one foot on the adjoining side's foot bar.All in all, I'm thrilled to get such gorgeous stools for my newly remodeled kitchen, for a great price, and delivered to my home for free. A++++

Got a set of these to replace one counter height that broke. Impressed with how sturdy it is and the look of the wood. It swivels nicely too. And it came with no assembly required.

The stools look exactly as advertised, and they're easy to put together. Several of the dowels on the back of the chairs were damaged during transit, suggesting they're not incredibly sturdy. Both of the stools I ordered had cracked dowels, though none were completely broken through. Asking for replacements wouldn't be worth it, so I've kept them and they serve their purpose. They've held up well since, however, so I don't regret the purchase. They're comfortable and they don't have that cheap look to them that lots of inexpensive furniture often does.

Purchased this to match my other chairs I already have. Using it for many projects.I have a large TV that sets upon a stand.I also use that same TV for a PC Monitor and for many game consoles. I am getting older and setting looking up is a strain.So now I set starring straight at it and with a closer and higher view point , i see it more clearly. And instead of being on a cushioned chair, I set on a wooden one that limits the time in it at mt age.As one knows you can set down and spend hours online or gaming and watching whatever, this also sets time limits on ones backside so they do not over do it, as it's so easy to do. It also matches my decor and my kitchen table and windsor chairs so in every room it matches something, so it can easily be moved around for convenience. Plus I might add the price was great compared to so many other chairs for that height. The ease of putting it together with it's simplcity can not be matched. Simple placing bolts in holes and with wing nuts tightening them up. Anyone could do it, takes no speacial abilities or tools, its really just that simple. I had mine together in just a few minutes. Again anyone can do it. Great product and very sturdy, and really comfortable for what it is.Recommend this to anyone for any use they may have, whether a bar stool, counter chair, whatever, its great.

Great quality product, particularly for the price. Arrived partially assembled. Assembly was quick and easy to complete. We're totally satisfied with our purchase. Also, can't say enough good things about Amazon. Fast, reliable service every time!

The white and natural wood colour goes very well with other furniture and decor, wood seat is a little uncomfortable, so we put seat cushions on the seats. Good strong sturdy stools.
