Hyper Universal 1 LB. Big Block Wax + Citrus Base Cleaner

Some reviews I read about this wax before I bought it praised it for having a low melting temperature, but I think that might translate into it wearing off your board faster.The value for the money is hard to deny, but if I had to guess I think it's meant to wear off faster because people who buy this wax in general might not spend a lot of time brushing. Or they're optimizing towards the lower end in the "all temperature" range. But when it's above 30F outside, this stuff is done after 1 day.I got the Hertl Super Hot Sauce and love it. It melts at a higher temperature so you really have to put in some elbow grease to brush it. But it's worth it because it's really fast and lasts multiple days. Better for all mountain riding IMo. And price-wise I'd say it's closer to the Demon wax than the more expensive brands like Swix or Dakine.I think I will probably just keep this wax for my park board I don't care as much about speed and want to just apply a nice thick coat with a quick scrape right before riding.

Works well, great wax, but I can't see how this is >$30 for a spray bottle, some citrus cleaner, and a big chunk of ski/board wax. I'll probably buy it again because it works well... but, now I know I'm in the wrong business not selling wax

The wax is fine, it melts on pretty easily and smoothly, but the base cleaner does not work at all. The directions say to wait five minutes after spraying, but the spray has completely dried before the time is up even with a pretty heavy application. No matter what amount of time I gave it, both shorter and longer than the prescribed five minutes, it never got the bases of my skis any cleaner.

Wax definitely performs well on the piste, it's a softer wax and I noticed performance starts to drop towards the end of the 2nd day. No biggie if u can do quickie wax job every 2 days. Definitely a big value in what you get for the price.

Awesome quality and value for money. Can't go wrong with this brand.
