High Power 80 Amp Relay Single Pole, Double Throw SPDT

I, the retired SAAB only auto mechanic, bought a new winch for my ATV. I hooked up the last wire, the one to the battery and ZAP! Burned out the two relays in a very short second. I have no idea why I wired it back-wards but I did.The weather here on the Western Slope of Colorado was clear as a bell but I knew it was a matter of time before we would have another snow.I went to Amazon.com and found just the correct relay with 3/8 inch connectors. I sent in my order for two relays. Most relay come with 1/4 inch connectors.I spent the extra bucks for two day delivery. I've been trying to locate some relays for my Badland winch for several years and stumbled across these last week. With Amazon Prime I got them in 2 days with free shipping. I knew I only needed 1 out of the 2 originals replaced, but bought 2 in case the other goes bad. Installed 1 yesterday, and slipped right into place and fixed the problem I had with the winch. I can't comment on the longevity of this product, but it is a direct fit to the original Badlands relay and seems to be working just fine.

Product comes with the larger spade connectors needed for three of the spades. So far, very nice and supportive. I have not used it yet, but it seems solid.

Showed up very quickly, was exactly as described and does the job. Seems way better then the cheaper ones that originally came with the winch. Quick and easy repair.

Could not find this part locally, I needed it to repair a customer's electric wench and he needed it badly for his owner operated welding service. Upon doing a web search I found it here at Amazon. Just got 2 of these to replace the crappy ones in my Harbor Freight Badlands 2000# ATV winch, cuz one had gone bad. So far they are working great, the winch is fully functional. They fit the existing connectors well. I'll update should I have any problems. Cross my fingers, I won't need to.

Works as advertised, 2nd one I've purchased (other one still going strong after 3 years). Only complaint is it arrived a day later than advertised.
