Q: I can used lipo 11.1 volt - 5500 mah baterry?

No 11.1 volt will fry it. The most it can handle is a 2s lipo. I'm speaking from experience because I tried what your asking and it fried the esc immediately when I plug the battery in. Learn from my mistake.

Q: can you use it with a tamiya 540 sport tuned motor?

10t or 12t? Either should be fine, just don't go any lower than a 10 turn motor.

Q: what nimh battery is recomend for this esc,i have one in a rock crawler,the battery is 1800,i want know if i used another wiht more power than 1800?

You can use any mah battery you want as long as you don't go over the voltage limit. I use a LiPo 7.4 volt 5000mAh battery with mine. And it worked great. If you use a LiPo with this esc be sure to change the settings on the esc to LiPo mode. You can find out how to do that in the owners manual.

Q: Will this work with two 12t 550 motors?

No, you would need the much larger EVX-2 speed control
