It works, but you can go to home depot and pick up the similar plastic plate with much cheaper price.

Very difficult to apply adhesive letters and registration decals to Ram-X. They stick very well to these plates. I had to drill them out and use expanding pop rivets to mount, this worked great. Longevity remains to be seen, but the rivets aren't hard to replace.

I have a 12 foot inflatable and find this placard perfect for displaying my registration numbers. It attaches nicely to the boat using small bungee cords.

need to be careful when ordering these, there are 2 versions ...the hard plastic ones which these are and a way more flexible version that's more like a laminated piece of thick paper. People are leaving bad reviews on the other version of this product thinking that they are ordering this one. They are both by Bernard engraving and look identical to eye on the computer, but have different model #'s

This is the product to order for a dinghy or small watercraft. They work well and are pre-drilled...Just apply the registreation numbers and you are off and running...er, boating. :)
