Easy to put together. They included extra parts which was nice because i broke a screw in the process of installing.

Already falling apart

LOVE this desk. Built it in July 2024 in only 7 hours with a screwdriver. I still enjoy it and haven’t had any breaking or decaying occur. Nothing has rubbed off or anything. It was easy to assemble, has the perfect size, and great value. Best U-shaped desk you can get!

A 16 yr Kid had it together in about 7 hours (with drill driver), u shape with hutch. Quality is crap as expected, will need to touch up missing spots of finish and isn’t made to move really, cheap hinges, cheap everything, but the desk top seems decent like will last several years and is more protected, looks nice with some adjustment, is why it’s $400ish and not $2500. So 5 star.

The desk was easier to assemble than the hutch. The dimensions were correct and just fit in the space. I moved the keyboard drawer instead of where they show you to install (not very wide to fit mousepad) and found another vendor online to add two more drawers. Overall I love it but wish the front barrier went all the way to the floor to hide stuff. The instructions and the parts were probably the best I’ve seen. Each step had individual baggies labeled by step number. They even had a spare parts bag!I only have three stars for the customer service. I have been messaging them for about a month. The original shipment had one badly damaged box so I accepted the other boxes thinking they could reship the damaged one. Nope they told me I had to reorder and pay for a new one and they would pickup the boxes I kept. Well they never arrived to pickup on day they scheduled and didn’t provide any information on who trucking company was. The reorder was $20 more so they told me they would refund it on 4/15 and still nothing. I keep getting a robocall from a trucking company that they have a third delivery for me which they shouldn’t and which office max said shouldn’t so I have no idea what that’s about. I asked the supplier to call me because you message them and 2 days later they respond without fully providing an answer, but they refuse to.

This more than met my needs. Mine had been repackaged (I figured it would be based on the discount), but other than a couple minor dings, everything was included and in great shape. The design of the desk is fantastic! I ended up taking off the keyboard tray, but I never use those since I am taller than average. But it was the sturdiest keyboard tray I've ever seen (real wood and reinforced sliding braces). I only gave it four stars for ease of assembly - it is quite involved. But, in my opinion, it is definitely worth it! It is well made and feels very solid once assembled. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS! They even tell you how to reverse it (based on how you want the opening).

I use it for small room office, it’s hard to assemble and easy to break the wood used is fake wood it’s a pressing wood it’s so expensive to what exactly they ask for

For the price it's honestly pretty good. I've had this desk for 9 years. Assembly sucks but that's irrelevant. At this point mine is practically falling apart because it's been moved into 3 different houses. It was $400 almost 10 years ago, I think it's worth 500 for another one. It can last 10 years if you take care of it.
