Lomanco 9800528 Replacement Fan Blade for Lomanco Power Vent Motor, # 14393

I replaced the motor and the blades on my roof ventilator. This 11 inch diameter blade fit.

Instead of replacing the old attic fan and dealing with the roof and possible leaks i changed the fan and thermostat. It all fits and works great. It only took me about an hour.

Slightly smaller by 1 inch from OEM Ventmatic Blade. Ventmatic blade had separated from the Collar and Set Screw, causing the fan to spin independent of the Motor Shaft. Caused huge noise as it became disconnected from the motor. This blade had the right pitch and was only an inch shorter in diameter than the original.Very happy with the shipping from the supplier and delivery was one day. Cannot do better than that. Have a quiet house now without a bad fan blade. I am happy!

Old through-the-roof Lomanco Power Vent motor died and the old blade would not come off. Ordered a replacment motor and this blade. It was a perfect fit. Would recommend both the Lomanco replacement motor and blade. Easy replacement and my electric bills are very happy as a result!

Instead of going onto the 2 story roof, I decided to just replace the motor and blades (really recommend replacing blades as the set screw is impossible to release). Easy to install both together though I wish I had kept my old motor and blade assembly as a reference to which side of the blades was the up side.It does take two people to install the fan as it's heavy - one to hold the fan while the other person attaches the screws the the brackets of the old metal brackets or belt. Reattaching the electric is a piece of cake. Ps...even females can do this if you're handy. The product was delivered promptly and as described.

The old attic fan went out, so I bought the Air Vent 120-Volt 5.375-in Dia Gable Vent Fan Motor from Lowes. We tried using the old fan blade, but that busted after a while. We got this and put it on. Super quiet compared to the old one. Attic fans are important for cooling down the house in the summer. This was a great purchase.

So I bought a new motor for my attic fan, put the old fan back on a new motor and I think there was less drag the motor was spinning too fast and the fan was loose and the whole thing was vibrating it was unusable. So I bought the correct fan blade for the fan and that baby is purring like a kitten up in the attic. Got it in there just in time before the summer kicked in. Highly recommend this product in this brand.
