Mikasa French Countryside Salt and Pepper Shaker Set

Love Mikasa French Countryside. So pretty & classic. These salt & pepper shakers look very nice on my kitchen table & perfect with the rest of the set.

I have the set of these dishes and wanted these because the matched my set. I love these dishes..not to expensive and they have such an elegant class to them without being over the top so they can be used causally or dressed to the top...really love them.

Very nice salt/pepper shakers and look fabulous on the table with the matching plates, etc. from the Mikasa French Country dinnerware that I have.

The set is nice and matching my Mikasa French Countryside dinnerware, but the bottom of the salt and pepper shakers are scratchy. I had to buy off-white felt sheet, cut the "doughnuts" and glue them to the bottom. Otherwise they will scratch my dinning table.Be aware that the holes in the top of the salt shaker are very large and you need to be careful putting salt on your food as it pours out very quickly. We use a bit of uncooked rice in our shakers to absorb moisture so that the salt doesn't clump. Even the uncooked rice kernels come through the holes - that gives you and idea how large the holes are!

Filled the gap of a missing pepper shaker after I dropped the original. Perfect match and a fair price.

They are by far the best shakers I’ve had since my last purchase of Mikasa 10 years ago.

I happen to have this full set of dishes, and these darling salt and pepper shakers add something special. I just love them.
